Revised Interest Rate Structure - Direct Lending Products - Effective from May 04, 2009.

		Scheme/Product	Interest rate structure
	1.	Micro Enterprises (Exposure upto Rs.10 lakh)	PLR minus 1.50% to PLR + 0.50% [9.50% p.a. to 11.50% p.a.]
	2.	Rupee term loans under all Schemes (other than the Schemes/ borrower segments listed below and other than CRE projects)	PLR minus 0.25% to PLR + 1.75% [10.75% p.a. to 12.75% p.a.]
	3	Service sector projects/ borrowers viz. hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, cold storages, industrial or warehouse space [other than those listed at @ below]	PLR + 0.25% to PLR + 2.25% [11.25% p.a. to 13.25% p.a.]
	4(a)	MSME Receivable Finance and Invoice Discounting Schemes (Discount Rates) (Based on usance period)	9.25% p.a. to 11.50% p.a.
	4(b)	With co-acceptance of scheduled commercial banks / Inland LC (irrespective of usance period)	Floor discount rate : PLR minus 2.00% p.a. [9.00% p.a.]
	5.	Seller-wise Receivable Finance Scheme (Discount Rates)	50 bps higher than the rates at (4) above
	6.	Direct Discounting Scheme (Equipment)
	a.	With co-acceptance of scheduled commercial banks	Floor interest rate : PLR minus 2.00% p.a. [9.00% p.a.]
	b.	Against alternate security/others	PLR minus 0.25% to PLR + 2.50% [10.75% p.a. to 13.50% p.a.]
	7.	Resource support/Assistance to NBFCs [Based on loan period]	PLR minus 0.50% to PLR + 1.50% [10.50% p.a. to 13.00% p.a.]
	8.	Foreign Currency Term Loan
	i.	FCTL in USD	4.50% p.a. to 7.00% p.a. over 6 month USD LIBOR
	ii.	FCTL in EURO	3.50% p.a. to 6.00% p.a. over 6 month EUR LIBOR
	9.	Integrated Infrastructure Development Scheme and CRE projects such as those listed at @ below	PLR plus 0.75% to PLR + 3.00% [11.75 % p.a. to 14.00% p.a.]
