Swavalamban Walls is an endeavor to educate the youth on entrepreneurship, by putting up informative articles, posters, comic strips on the notice board or suitable places of the educational institutions. These walls have been created in 118 plus colleges. Swavalamban clubs endeavor to complement existing placement clubs in colleges by periodically organizing talks and presentations by domain experts in diverse areas such as banking, marketing as well as motivation and personal development. Over 15 colleges have been able to set up Clubs for regular interaction with experts with on an average having 35 members each. SIDBI has also engaged in state of Uttarakhand through a local development oriented entity. It is propagating Swavalamban among the youth in the state. Till now it has set up 5 Swavalamban Walls and 1 Club in the state.
